Studio Policies

  • Tuition is due the first week of each new term. A $10 fee will be added after the first week of classes if payment is not made. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
  • Automatic payments can be set up with Visa or Mastercard. To cancel, a two week written notice must be submitted.
  • Make up classes must be made in the current term. Make up classes must be made in a lower level and tuition cannot be refunded without a doctor’s note.
  • If a student is more than fifteen minutes late to their class, they must sit and watch the rest of class. It is crucial for the student to make it to class on time to achieve a proper warm up.
  • The Conservatory of Dance and Performing Arts LLC, its employees, and representatives are not liable for illness or injury incurred as a result of participating in activities at The Conservatory of Dance and Performing Arts LLC or its performances.
  • Teachers use a hands on approach to correct the student’s placement. This must be done in order for the student to feel how their body is supposed to be working.
  • Students must be in proper dress code in order to participate in class.
  • The Conservatory of Dance reserves the right to correctly place each student in the appropriate level. A placement class might be required.
